1. Do you accept dropshipping?

Yes, ShowFay accepts dropshipping. You may use our product images in your store, and we provide Shopify CSV files so you can import our catalog directly. Every parcel ships in blank packaging with no branding, so your customers never see our name.

2. What is the MOQ for wholesale? Is there a discount policy?

Our minimum order quantity (MOQ) is 1 piece per item, with a total order value of at least $150, so you can mix different products to meet your needs. As one of the largest online jewelry wholesalers in China, we offer volume discounts: order value ≥ $800 gets 5% off; ≥ $2,000 gets 8% off; ≥ $5,000 gets 15% off; ≥ $10,000 gets 20% off. For large single-item or customized orders, contact us for a custom quote.

3. Can I get a lower price for a large order?

Yes. If you plan to place a large order, email us with the product details and quantity, and we will reply with our best factory-direct offer. Because we are the manufacturer, we can always give you a competitive bulk price.

4. How is shipping cost calculated?

Shipping cost depends on the method: courier and postal fees are generally based on weight, except for large or bulky items; sea freight is calculated per cubic meter; air cargo and courier costs are based on either actual weight or volumetric weight, whichever is higher.

5. What is volumetric weight?

Volumetric weight is calculated by dividing package volume by a specific factor. Courier and air cargo companies use it to price lightweight but bulky items fairly, based on the space they occupy rather than weight alone.

6. How can I reduce shipping costs?

Include high-value, lightweight items in your order. This lowers the overall proportion of shipping cost relative to order value — mixing jewelry styles in one shipment is the most effective way to cut per-item shipping expense.

7. How long until my order is shipped?

Orders are typically shipped within 3–5 business days to over 200 countries. Deliveries are not processed on Sundays or during Chinese public holidays (announced on our website).

8. Do I need to pay customs duties?

Yes, any applicable customs duties are the customer's responsibility. We may assist by declaring a lower value on the shipping invoice. For more details, contact us.

9. Will I be notified when my order is shipped?

Yes. Once your order is shipped, we will email you the tracking number. You can also check your order status on our website.

10. Can I modify my order after placing it?

Yes, but you must inform us before payment. Provide the item numbers you wish to replace and the new selections. Note that changes may affect the total weight and shipping cost.

11. Where can I find product specifications?

Most product listings include the title, size, material, and other details. For additional information, please contact us and we will provide the full specification.

12. Do you provide free samples?

No, we do not offer free samples for mixed wholesale orders due to minimum order requirements. For custom orders, please discuss sampling with our sales team.

13. Do you accept custom orders?

Yes. ShowFay has its own factory and partners with multiple jewelry manufacturers, which allows us to offer competitive pricing on custom orders. Share your design or requirements, and we will provide a quote based on quantity. Custom OEM and laser engraving are available on stainless steel jewelry.

14. How often are new products added?

We update our website weekly with new products, listed under "Latest Products". Subscribers receive email updates. We recommend completing payment promptly, as popular items may sell out quickly.
