    Can I test a style before placing a bulk order?
    Yes. The $150 mixed-order minimum makes it easy to trial several designs at once. For single-piece sampling, contact us and we will quote the unit price and sample handling time.
    How fast do you ship, and who are the carriers?
    In-stock orders are processed within 3-5 business days and ship by DHL, FedEx, UPS or air freight with tracking. Transit time is typically 3-10 business days depending on destination and customs.
    Can you produce our own design, logo or packaging?
    Yes. We offer OEM and ODM production including laser engraving, custom hang tags, pouches and gift boxes. Send us your artwork and target quantity and we will confirm the per-style MOQ and lead time.
    Do you support dropshipping?
    Yes. We support blind shipping with no Showfay invoice or branding inside the parcel, with dropshipping rates starting from $4, and we can supply product data for your store.
    Which payment methods do you accept?

    Does stainless steel jewelry tarnish?
    316L stainless steel resists tarnishing and rusting in normal daily wear. Gold-tone and rose-gold-tone plated finishes can fade over time with heavy contact with water, perfume or sweat, so we recommend keeping plated pieces dry and storing them separately.
    Are these pieces finished jewelry or loose components?
    Many of our items are loose components for jewelry making - pendants, charms, spacer beads, clasps, chains and ear hooks. Each product page states the type and whether it is sold as a finding or a finished piece.
